Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Defective Books or Products:
We accept returns for books and products that are deemed defective upon arrival. A book is considered defective if it has a manufacturing flaw, such as missing pages, incorrect binding, or if it is not in the condition expected due to a problem with its production or materials.
Incorrect Books or Products:
We accept returns if you have received the incorrect items. Please follow the Return Process to return your product. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received incorrectly, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will receive a full refund for the incorrectly sent item.
- Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return for a defective book or product, please contact our team via email on info@fightercomics.com. Please provide your order number, details of the defect or incorrect items, and any supporting evidence, such as photos or videos of the defective book or product.
- Return Authorization: If your claim is validated and your book or product is confirmed to be defective or it has been confirmed you have received the incorrect item, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Packaging and Shipping: Please securely package the product to be returned and include the shipping label clearly marked on the outside of the package. Ship the book to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Inspection and Resolution: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the defective product. We will also issue a refund after we receive items that have been shipped incorrectly. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process a refund.
- Non-Defective Returns: Please note that we do not accept returns for books or products that are not defective. This includes, but is not limited to, books and products that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer error, or simply because you no longer want the product.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
